Important information regarding ski passes and ski hire
Keycard for NOK. NOK 75 is added to the ski pass prices. Other keycards from Skidata can also be used. Keycards from other manufacturers cannot be used.
All cards are personal, with the exception of clip cards.
It is floodlit until 21 in Lille-Petter with opportunities for sledding and playing throughout the season.
All guests must familiarise themselves with which lifts and slopes are open in relation to the weather and conditions, before buying a lift ticket. No refunds are given afterwards.
Vrådal Panorama Ski Center does not give refunds on lift tickets in bad weather, fog, snow, icing, technical fault or the like. The customer must assess the weather and road conditions themselves based on their skiing and snowboarding skills. If you are unsure about the weather and conditions, contact the ticket office before buying a lift ticket.
In the event of injury or illness, a refund will be given on presentation of a medical certificate immediately after a doctor's visit. Reimbursement in the event of illness or injury will only be given to the person who is ill or injured, and only for the days the lift pass has not been used. In the event of early departure due to unforeseen events, no refund is given on the lift ticket.
Driving outside prepared slopes is at your own risk. Referrals/requests from staff must be followed.

It is not possible to extend the ski pass, and we reserve the right to make errors/changes in prices.

Sesongkort
Sesongkortet gir 50 % rabatt på alle vanlige fullpriskort i øvrige anlegg tilknyttet Telemark Superski inkl. variable, dagskort, weekend og sesongkort. Gjelder følgende skisenter: Rauland Skisenter, Gaustablikk Skisenter, Gautefall skisenter, Vierli skisenter, Haukelifjell skisenter, Lifjell skisenter og Raulandsfjell Alpinsenter.
Kortene er personlige og kan kun brukes av innehaver av kortet.
Kortene har innebygd bilde av innehaver som blir automatisk vist på skjerm for heisfører ved hver passering.
Vi gjennomfører jevnlig kontroller, og misbruk med utlån av kort medfører at sesongkortet blir inndratt samt at det må betales et gebyr tilsvarende prisen av 7 dagskort. Innehaver mister i tillegg muligheten til å kjøpe sesongkort senere år. Alle som får inndratt sine sesongkort blir listeført hos Telemark Superski sine anlegg.
ALPINE WEATHER RULES
It is important to sit down into the alpine rules before heading out onto the slopes. Remember to go through the rules with the children too!
1. Responsibility for avoiding injury
You must behave so that you do not injure yourself or others.
2. Adjust your speed according to the conditions
You must drive in a controlled manner and adjust your speed and driving style according to your skills, terrain, driving conditions and traffic.
3. Obligation to give way
If you are approaching from behind (from above), you are responsible for avoiding a collision.
4. Overtaking/downhill
It is forbidden to drive straight downhill except during organized training. If you drive past another skier/snowboarder, you must give that person sufficient space for both controlled and uncontrolled movements.
5. Starting, driving into or turning uphill
If you drive into or turn uphill, you must ensure that it is done without danger to yourself or others. The same applies to driving or stopping.
6. Stop on the way down
Do not stop or sit in tight or unclear places.
7. On foot on the descent
If you are on foot, you must only use the outer edges of the hill.
8. Ski stoppers/harness straps
Ski stoppers/harness straps are required. Check that the bindings are set correctly.
9. Respect signs
Follow signs, markings and instructions.
10. Help in the event of accidents
In the event of injuries, everyone has a duty to help. Witnesses and contributors are obliged to provide their personal details.
It is forbidden to stay in the alpine resort outside opening hours. This can lead to danger to life as there is construction work with snow production and preparation.
Alpine skiing is associated with a certain danger. Drugs and skiing do not go together. Violation of the board rules may result in expulsion from the facility.
